∗Every night is a battle until your child finally passes out
∗You find yourself laying with your child for hours to get them to fall asleep
∗Inevitably, a little one ends up in your bed at night (or you end up in their room)
∗You've been waiting (and hoping) that one day you child will magically just go to sleep and sleep through the night but it hasn't happened yet.
... Or worse, you’ve actually started to believe that your child just isn’t destined to be a good sleeper- and you’ve resigned yourself to several more years of sleepless nights.
I get it. And I want you to know that there is a sleep solution for you that’s clear, concise, and affordable.
Imagine this
+Having support from an expert (and other parents) as you go through this process
+Being able to ask your questions and voice your concerns as you teach your child new sleep habits
+Feeling confident and calm in the boundaries you set around sleep time
+Having a clear game plan for whatever curve balls your toddler throws at you
+Being able to do your bedtime routine, kiss your child goodnight, and walk out of the room
(without them following you)
+Knowing that your child won't be sneaking into your bed at night
This is exactly where the Toddler & Preschooler Sleep Training Group comes in.
As a participant, you'll be given step-by-step instructions to get your child (and you!) finally sleeping.
⇒ 7 day program to improve your toddler & preschooler's sleep
⇒Daily videos and workbook pages
⇒Takes place entirely in a private Facebook group
⇒Geared toward 2-5 years
Next session starts Monday, June 5th

You'll get to go through this group session with other moms at the same time and have direct access to me for 7 days. Plus, after the group session is over, you'll be able to look back on all the materials and interactions anytime you'd like!
Daily Worksheets
Each day we will learn about a new aspect of your toddler's sleep and what changes you need to tackle. You'll have daily worksheets that will help you set them up for success and set clear boundaries.
Troubleshooting With Me
You'll have access to me for the 7 days of the challenge to work through any issues you might experience and to help lead you to better sleep! I'm actively in the group answering your questions and encouraging you to participate throughout the week.
Hi! I'm a well-rested mom of two elementary-aged boys and I'm sharing my tips and methods so you can ditch the overwhelm and start getting the sleep that your family needs to thrive.

FAQS
This group is geared toward 2-5 years of age. Whether your child is still in a crib or already in a bed, this group will help you work on healthy and sustainable sleep habits. This is a sleep training group so we will be working towards tucking your child in awake and then having them fall asleep on their own.
The group will take place entirely through a private Facebook group. In this group I will be posting daily topics with videos and workbook pages for you to go through. Then you'll be able to use the group to ask me specific questions and gain support in the areas you are struggling with. You can also use the group to see what other moms are struggling with and gain insight from their exchanges with me as well.
After the 7 days are over, I will archive the Facebook group which means you will still be able to view everything but you won't be able to post or comment anymore.
Crying is one of your child's main forms of communication so during a transition, it is naturally for them to be communicating with you. All tears are not created equal and the emotions your child may be expressing during the sleep coaching process are: "I'm frustrated. I don't like this. YOU are supposed to put me to sleep. Why are we doing this? I don't know how to fall asleep without you. I'm tired. I'm struggling." These are all completely normal and healthy emotions.
So the short answer is, yes. You will have to hear your child cry. However, this group will do everything possible to minimize those tears by making sure we have all the puzzle pieces in place leading up to sleep coaching.

What you can expect from me:
Throughout the week, I will be posting each days' topic and workbooks at 5am CST. Then I will be in the group answering your questions (9am-5pm CST) and responding to your comments at intervals throughout the day. I respond to EVERYTHING so if I haven't responded to you within 24 hours, it means I missed the notification somewhere and you can feel free to tag me!
What I'd love to see from you:
Be engaged! Ask questions! The families who get the most from this challenge are also the ones who engage daily and ask questions. Take advantage of this week you have with me. 🧡 Also, don't be afraid to cheer each other on! See a mom who is struggling with the change, show her some love! See a dad posting about a recent sleep win, celebrate with him! One of my favorite things about this challenge is that community aspect.
