Next we’ll hop on a call to talk and make sure we are all on the same page. 

Then you’ll start to make sleep changes and you’ll have my calm and confident support in your back pocket the whole time.

Based on your unique situation, I will create a step-by-step plan that will help us meet our sleep goals.

Sleep Plan Discussion

Prior to implementing the sleep plan, we will have a 20-30 minute phone consultation to discuss any questions or concerns you have.

10 days of Email Support

During this two week transitional period, we will be in communication Monday- Friday via email. Through this daily weekday support I am able to provide guidance, troubleshooting, and accountability.

2 Check In Calls

During our time together, we also have 2 check in calls we can use as needed. Many families choose to use one at the halfway point and one at the end of our 2 weeks.

Sleep Log

You will also receive a detailed sleep log to fill out during our two weeks. I find that keeping track of your child's sleeps helps us to see red flags with the schedule, as well as track our progress!
