FAQS
This guide walks you through the ideal ages for each of the major nap transitions.
This guide can still be helpful but you may find you struggle with some aspects of the transition if your child is not able to regulate their own sleep. If you want to work on independent sleep, I recommend the Sleep Coaching Crash Course or my 1:1 Consultations for more help.
If you get started and are really struggling, I am happy to help you and guide you until you get back on the right foot. For that, I would recommend checking out my Troubleshooting Calls if your child is already an independent sleeper. If they aren't already an independent sleeper, then you should check out my 1:1 Consultations so we can work together and come up with a plan of action that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
