Age-specific recommendations
I'll help you understand what is age-appropriate for feeds so that you aren't stuck expecting too much (or too little) of your baby when it comes to night feeds.

Four Step Process
This process will walk you through the key points to any weaning plan including a way to do it gradually so everyone is able to adjust.

Different weaning scenarios
I walk you through the main night feeding examples that I've come across over the years and then give you example weaning plans specifically for each one. This way you can see the Four Step Process in action.

Special considerations
If you're dealing with reverse cycling, bedtime feeding issues, or are specifically breastfeeding, I touch on unique things to consider for each of these circumstances.

FAQS
This guide was created for babies 4 months and up. Please note, that does not mean you need to wean your 4 month old of ALL their night feeds. Depending on your baby's age and situation, you may end up weaning all their night feeds or just the unnecessary one.
This guide can still be helpful but you may find you struggle with some aspects of the transition if your baby is not able to regulate their own sleep. If you want to work on independent sleep, I recommend the Sleep Coaching Crash Course or my 1:1 Consultations for more help.
If you get started and are really struggling, I am happy to help you and guide you until you get back on the right foot. For that, I would recommend checking out my Troubleshooting Calls if your child is already an independent sleeper. If they aren't already an independent sleeper, then you should check out my 1:1 Consultations so we can work together and come up with a plan of action that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
