Carianna saved our family! We were in a really bad place. The sleep deprivation I was experiencing was devastating. My husband and I fought constantly. I hit rock bottom when I was thinking of ways to end my life. Sounds dramatic but it’s true. This scared me… it wasn’t me! I sought out therapy and was diagnosed with severe sleep deprivation.
This is when we found Carianna! LIFE CHANGING!!! The plan we were given was so detailed. The schedule was so detailed! And our daughter, Remi, took to it well. (Was so not expecting that, this child woke up 3-5 times every night)
Within a couple days she went to only waking once and then we slowly weaned her off night nursings and let the hallelujahs out… Remi slept through the night!!! And she was taking naps in her crib, that had never happened.
Our family is so thankful for Carianna. I wish we would have found her months ago! We wanted our daughter so bad and the sleep deprivation had taken away our joy. Carianna helped give it back to us!
