Our first two daughters sucked their thumbs straight of the womb so when our third daughter was born without that natural self-soothing mechanism, we were in for a different experience of soothing.

Around two months old, we saw ourselves developing a habit of rocking and nursing to sleep. Although this was a sweet bonding experience, it became more time consuming and less effective as the weeks passed.

And more importantly, I found myself in her bedroom with a sound machine blasting while my 4 & 6 year-old had free rein in the house.

We started working with Carianna when our baby was 3 months old and not only did she give us useful, gentle techniques to help with such a small baby, she really gave us the confidence to take control of our daughter’s sleep habits before they spiraled out of control.

I appreciated Carianna’s encouragement throughout the process; she was available when I had questions and offered helpful solutions.
