To all the sleep deprived mamas & dadas — just do it! I remember reading of all Carianna’s reviews thinking “there’s no way, our” case is just too hard.” We kept putting it off due to travel, life events and the cost.

My husband thought spending money was silly when there is all this information out there for free. But the problem with all the information is that we had no idea how to implement it and what would work for us.

We started with Carianna with our 22 month old who was already in a toddler bed. We would have to lay with him for HOURS to get him to sleep and he’d be up in a few hours and we’d let him sleep with us. Every bad habit we created, we created a new one when trying to correct the other. Struggling with anxiety, being sleep deprived completely depleted me and was becoming a strain on our relationship/family.

I was so ready for a change and this was our last hope. I was all in. Carianna was so easy to talk to, listened intently to our concerns and reassured us all along the way. Our expectations were properly set and within a few days we saw a change — a change in an almost 2 year old, in a toddler bed that struggled with separation anxiety. He. Was. Doing. It. What?!?!

It was amazing. Each day got better. Whenever we hit a roadblock, Carianna was there to either tweak his plan or to say just keep going. She was not only focused on our son but was also in tune with how we felt as parents — it’s a big change for everyone and she really treated us like people and not like a secondary aspect of the process so focused on the child.

Fast forward to a few weeks later (after some interrupted time due to travel) and our almost 2 year old goes to bed with no tears, no attempts to get up AND sleeps through the night!!!!! I could just cry with happiness. We NEVER thought we’d get here. Ever.

Thank you Carianna!!! You saved our sanity! Everyone is so much happier now that we are all sleeping! Our son has flourished in all aspects of life!
